I was so lucky to find Pedro Cerecedo when he was in the process of getting his General Contractor's license. Pedro is now the principal of Bay Cities General Contractor Inc, and he is a true gem. He is prompt, reliable, reasonably-priced, and able to do an excellent job on every task I have asked of him. That includes building fences, refinishing decks, installing dry wells and new drainage, improving my garden's hardscape, diagnosing plumbing leaks, patching interior and exterior surfaces, and - as I write this review - installing new Marvin Integrity windows and doors to replace my 60-year old wooden ones. Pedro knows what he is doing and he keeps me informed all along. His crews are capable and courteous, and I feel incredibly lucky to have found Bay Cities when it was starting up, because pretty soon it will be swamped with business!

Pedro went above and beyond for us when we decided to remodel our kitchen. He provided sound advice and support throughout the project. We became friends with him as he was very personable to deal with. He is very reliable, and worked around our timeline to make sure that each of his projects for us are ready by the time our other subcontractors arrived. Pedro and his crew did an awesome job demo-ing and pouring concrete in our backyard. It was no small task as the concrete was very old and not done correctly in the first place.
His attention to detail and familiarity with local code made us feel like we were in good hands. He was very quick to respond to our questions and always easy to reach, so that also provided peace of mind.
Best of all, Pedro came in well under what we had been quoted by other contractors, and he gave us a recommendation for a painter who we're looking forward to working with. Any projects we have in the future, Bay Cities will be our first call.
